Here in Tennessee I think you would be hard pressed to not look tactical at some level. I think for me I would try to be off road as much as possible and walk the wood line if possible and try to avoid people, like most would. Yeah, I’m a skinny guy with really tough tattoos (know that’s not a survivalist look, however. . .). Or if you are at home secure your perimeter and hunker down. On the other hand, if you’re using a bike or if you’re on foot, you can rush it. People will just assume you’ve got an emergency and will even step aside to let you pass. On the other hand, if you’re using a bike, public transportation, taxis or even go on foot, then you need to do things differently. There will be a lot of lost, scared and predatory people.
